At ArtistryByNigin, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully to understand our guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

 **Time Limit** : We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 **Condition** : The extensions must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition with all packaging, tags, and seals intact. Please also include the tester. The tester piece may not be dyed, cut, or altered in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged.

- Products without their original packaging or missing tags.

- Custom or personalized items (e.g., specially colored or cut hair extensions).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support team at Artistrybynigin@gmail.com within the 30-day return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Clearly label the package with the provided RMA number.

4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team and provide a tracking number. 

5. You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. 

4. Refunds and Exchanges

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within seven business days.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.

- If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible, subject to product availability and additional shipping costs.

5. Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

- We require using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

6. Unreceived/lost packages

ARTISTRYBYNIGIN is not responsible for lost or unreceived packages! Once the package has been shipped out to the address provided by the customer and a tracking number is provided by us, it is the responsibility of the customer to track with USPS. We do not take responsibility for third party shipping mishaps.**
